Is it possible to overwrite the warranty certificate?

Yes, this is possible. The customer informs Garantie-Datenbank 24 GmbH that the appliances have been sold and to whom the warranty will be transferred. The customer then receives further documents to be completed and returned to the warranty database for processing.

When do I report a claim and how does this work?

The damage must be reported immediately, within 14 days of its discovery at the latest, by phone, in writing or in text form to:
